Mistigram: for the recent MIST-30 artpack collection, while contemplating what else started in 1994, [profile] the60ftatomicman drew an animated Mistigris #ASCIIart version of the #throbber in #NetscapeNavigator, that would cycle in the top right corner while loading your requested URL.

Shaded yellow letters, crammed together like Japanese train commuters, spell out MISTIGRIS

Mistigram: Fitting a nine-letter crew name into an 80-column text screen doesn't leave a lot of room for niceties like kerning, but when VenomTheBlackOne did it out of the blue we realised this probably wasn't his first #ANSIart logo. More recent work by the artist formerly known as Kurrupt appeared in the new MIST-30 artpack collection.

Mistigram: Here's one more take on the "do your own version of the Mistigris logo" exercise from our 25th anniversary five years ago. [profile] nbreakfast heard a strange noise from the server farm under his desk, and what did he discover but an AR manifestation of our brand hovering in the air! It's been a while since we spontaneously manifested like that!

Variations of a profile of a smiling face looking right with the word :Mistigris: running up along the left edge of the screen, changing colours, rotating and reflecting, bouncing back and forth and zooming in endlessly.

Mistigram: for our 25th-anniversary extravaganza back in MIST1119, four years ago, we invited computer artists to put their own spin on a logo template provided by j33p33. [profile] jellica_______ made some great #teletext interpretations, then (presumably in collaboration with his colleague DataDoor) cooked up some wild animated #PETSCII variants of them. This is basically what we look like in our dreams.
