In the blackness, short purple letters read TEXT MODE... beneath them, against thin purple lines, chunky, cursive letters spell the word mistigris in white.

Mistigram: this is an alternate, pointier, version of a Unicode #textmode promo [Bad username or site: mc @ fresher] kindly drew for us in last month's unthemed MIST0625 artpack collection, riffing off the name and logo of the '80s reality TV precursor #UnsolvedMysteries for some oldschool flavour!

Golden Gothic letters reading DurDraw in a calligraphic style gleam and glitter before the blade of a longsword shining behind them in the darkness.

Mistigram: MC Fresher makes his text art creations in indyjoenz's tool #DurDraw, and he thinks it's so great he designs a lot of promotional artwork for it, using it. This badass piece, "Durngeons & Drawgons", was included in the new, unthemed MIST0625 artpack collection.

Written in stylish white letters against a black background, framed by curlicue textmode ornaments above, below and in the corners is written the phrase Sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow.

Mistigram: when most artists design a logo, they don't design every single letterform in the alphabet. Here [profile] littlebitspace demonstrates a #pangram, a phrase intended to demonstrate all the letters. This piece was included in the new unthemed MIST0625 artpack collection.

humble lower-case purple letters describe the word imbibe, only the second i is a fresh-looking carrot

Mistigram: this one has a fun history -- Happyfish drew this crunchy little #ANSIart logo for the food-themed IMBIBE01 electronic magazine back in its first wind just before the turn of the century, fully unaware it would wait a further quarter-century before being seen and enjoyed by any other living soul. But Bugs Bunny would testify: delicious and nutritious, it was well worth the wait, doc.

Like the walls of a maze, long, twisting lines spell out the word Mistfunk

Mistigram: this labyrinthine Mistfunk logo was drawn as a modified #PETSCII screen for the #C64 by our guest [profile] goto80 of text-mode.org. It was released in the recent MIST-30 artpack collection celebrating 30 years since our first release.

Shaded yellow letters, crammed together like Japanese train commuters, spell out MISTIGRIS

Mistigram: Fitting a nine-letter crew name into an 80-column text screen doesn't leave a lot of room for niceties like kerning, but when VenomTheBlackOne did it out of the blue we realised this probably wasn't his first #ANSIart logo. More recent work by the artist formerly known as Kurrupt appeared in the new MIST-30 artpack collection.
