Mistigram: this little yellow (it says green but I think they left out the blue) mud man must hail from the West Midlands, and not Jamaica as I initially suspected. He was drawn in #teletext by illarterate, and included in last month's spooky MIST1024 artpack collection. (What's so spooky? His dry cleaning bill!)
