A stubby-toothed grey alien head hangs without gravity in the middle of the darkness between a pointy Mist logo above and some abstract alien gang signs below.

Mistigram: Take us to your leader! This creepy #ANSIart alien dude may have been a better fit for May's science fiction artpack, but instead we gladly tapped CoaXCable's offering for infofile use in last month's unthemed MIST0625 collection.

Two youths in traditional garb, including pom-pom hats, stare in bafflement at the word mist written in red in a white void

Mistigram: shortly after making a splash with his solo XBIn collection, Hortau stopped by our Discord to make a guest appearance in our MIST-30 30th anniversary celebration, with these two lads in whimsical hats. But what perplexity were they trying to wrap their heads around? Cthulu offered up some crude graffiti for them to stroke their chins at.

Twenty white birds, represented by small groupings of stylized text art characters, take off into the darkness.

Mistigram: this elegant Mistigris promo, a minimalist tweaked #ASCIIart (Xbin) flock of birds taking flight, was drawn by Mozz and is the first piece we share from our new MIST-30 artpack collection released New Year's Eve, celebrating 30 years since the release of the first Mist pack.

Four colourful abstract forking line-shapes, descending from above in blue, green, yellow and red, descend and expand through glowing nodes. At bottom, a plain white bold logo reads MiST

Mistigram: Introducing the MIST0424 artpack collection, returning to the museums and galleries of the world and adapting their cultural treasures of visual art to the low-resolution idiom of textmode art and vintage computing. Featuring just shy of a hundred screens, you can download the pack via mistigris.org or peruse its contents through your favorite web gallery!

As if each character was shot out of a little gun at the centre bottom of the screen, an ASCII art logo reading "Mist" is gradually output, pixel by pixel, each character rotating into place as it lands.

Mistigram: our early revival flagbearer [profile] freddy43 cooked up an idea for an #ASCIIart logo printer we needed to prototype. Unable to scrape together new imagery for the demonstration, we cannibalized a '90s piece by our own Dead Soul and included this animation in the MIST1117 artpack collection released six years ago this month.
