An arrogant cowled face, hairless and literally etched with deep lines, looks back over its shoulder as the rider descends to a place where he is most unwelcome.

Mistigram: this is a manual #teletext adaptation by [profile] atonalosprey of a detail from #GustaveDore's 1865 etching Death on the Pale Horse (or Vision of Death, depending on your translation.) It was included in last month's spooky MIST1024 artpack collection.
