Something s a little off with this feline psychic-type Pokemon, demonstrating some off-model mutations.

Mistigram: this glitchy #ANSIart screen by Moth (which has flashing characters and hidden text in its original form) enshrines The Secret of Missingno, one of the artist's favorite pieces of weird old #Pokemon fanfic. Depicted is a mutated #Mew clone, for inclusion in last month's #cat-themed MIST0725 artpack collection.
